Why the prices are on the website

Because hiding them wastes everyone's afternoon. A homeowner who finds out on the driveway that a panel upgrade is $3,000 was never going to buy, and we just burned a truck roll. Publishing the range means the people who call us have already decided the number is survivable, and our booked-job rate goes up, not down.

What we actually do

Residential service work in Cuyahoga County: service and panel upgrades, whole-home rewires on pre-war housing stock, Level 2 EV chargers, standby generators, recessed lighting, and the ordinary dead-outlet and tripping-breaker calls that make up most weeks. We are not a new-construction shop and we do not chase commercial bids.

Licensing, permits, insurance

Ohio OH EL.12345678, bonded and insured, with general liability and workers' compensation certificates available on request. We pull the permit on every service change and meet the inspector ourselves. If an electrician offers to skip the permit to save you a few hundred dollars, that shortcut lands on your title at closing, not theirs.
