Review and reputation management for local businesses

Your Google rating is the first filter every prospect runs. Below 4.5 stars, a large share of them never call you at all — they call the competitor two listings down.

What you get

Most local businesses lose more revenue to a stale Google profile than to any ad problem. We fix the profile, then build a review engine that keeps running.

From $297/mo — full pricing on the pricing page.

We start with the profile, not the requests

A review campaign that points at a half-filled Google Business Profile wastes the reviews it earns. First week is always the same: correct primary and secondary categories, full service list, real business hours, photos with proper geotags, seeded Q&A, and the description rewritten to match how people actually search for you.

Then a request engine that runs without you

Review requests go out automatically after each completed job — SMS first, email as backup, second nudge if there is no response. The message comes from your business name, links straight to the Google review form, and takes the customer two taps. No printed cards, no asking staff to remember.

Every review gets a reply

Google weights profiles that respond. More importantly, prospects read the replies. Positive reviews get a short specific thank-you. Negative reviews get a calm, non-defensive reply that names the fix and moves the conversation offline. We draft, you approve, we post.

We do not gate or buy reviews

No review gating, no incentives, no purchased reviews. All three violate Google policy and all three eventually cost you the profile. Every review we generate comes from a real customer you actually served.

FAQ

Reputation — the questions we get asked

How fast does the rating actually move?

It depends on how many reviews you already have. A business with 40 reviews at 4.2 stars usually crosses 4.5 within 60 to 90 days. A business with 400 reviews moves far more slowly, because each new review is a smaller share of the average — there the win is review velocity and recency, which Google also weights.

What happens with a genuinely bad review?

We reply publicly the same day, without arguing, and take it to a private channel. If it violates Google policy — a competitor, a person you never served, profanity — we file the removal request and follow it up. If it is legitimate, the public reply matters more than the removal, because prospects judge you on how you handle it.

Do you need access to my systems?

We need Google Business Profile manager access and a way to know when a job is finished — a CRM webhook, a shared sheet, or a weekly export all work. Nothing more invasive than that.

Does this work for a business with no reviews yet?

Yes, and it is the easiest version of the job. Starting from zero, the first 25 reviews come from your existing customer list within the first month.

Want a written read on your reputation before you pay anyone?
